stand types and prices for 2013

Please make yourself aware of the new stand terms and conditions, configurations and prices for 2013.

Stand Terms and Conditions

  • We do not use a shell system, preferring instead, the friendly atmosphere created by an open show.
  • A table is usually a 6' x 2' 6" trestle, but this may vary at some shows.
  • Your stand includes TWO chairs. If you require more, spares are usually available on the day. Please ask a steward who will obtain them for you.
  • Where any stand is a mix or trading, reading and therapy, the higher rate will apply. Only one reader is permitted per reader stand, unless by prior agreement.
  • Please state any special requirements clearly on the booking form.
  • Please advise if you have back boards or display banners/signs.
  • Extra racks and rails must be declared.
  • Paste or other tables to widen stands are not allowed - an extra table for this purpose may be booked on the booking form.
  • Pop up stands or booths that replace or fit behind the supplied table will not be charged - if these require extra frontage, a rate will be negotiated.
  • Exhibitors are required to supply their own stand cover or cloths, which should be long enough to reach the ground, so as to maintain uniformity and hide unsightly boxes and bags.
  • Exhibitors are required to supply their own therapy couch or therapy chair where appropriate. Additional couches may be added at negotiated rates.
  • Bookings are accepted on the basis of the description of products and services entered on the booking form only, unless by the subsequent written agreement of BSSK Events, who reserves the right to ask you to remove from display, any item not previously declared on the booking form.
  • The giving of readings on a retail or therapy stand is only permitted by prior agreement, as the number of readers is carefully controlled. The appropriate double stand reader/retailer must be booked.
  • Subletting or sharing of stand space is only permitted with the prior agreement of BSSK Events.

Stand Prices are INCLUSIVE of VAT @ 20.0% and connection to electricity
